How to Submit Your Paper

Complete step-by-step guide — from preparation to going live

Prepare Your Manuscript Required

Format your paper using our official manuscript template. Write a structured abstract of 100–200 words with 3–5 keywords. Maximum 10 pages (excluding abstract, references, appendices). Use APA or IEEE citation style. Submit in .docx or LaTeX format with source files.

Sign the Author Agreement Required

Download, complete and sign the Author Agreement Form. This grants ResearchSphere rights to publish your work while you retain full authorship. All co-authors must be listed by name with ORCID IDs (recommended).

Open Our Submission Portal Online

Go to our online submission portal. Fill in your paper title, author name, email address, college/institution name and abstract. Then upload your manuscript file (PDF, DOC or DOCX). All fields are required.

Apply Coupon & Pay Fee

The publication fee is ₹2,000. If you have a coupon code, enter it on the form for an instant discount. Scan the UPI QR code shown on the submission page using GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app. After payment, enter your UTR / transaction reference number in the form field.

Submit & Get Acknowledged

Click "Submit Research Paper" to complete your submission. Your paper status is immediately set to "Under Review". You will receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours. The editorial team will contact you via your registered email for any follow-up.

Manuscript Requirements

Technical specifications your paper must meet before submission

All submissions must be original, unpublished work not currently under review elsewhere. Manuscripts must present novel findings with robust, reproducible methodology that advances knowledge in the field.

Maximum 10 pages, excluding abstract, references and appendices
Structured abstract of 100–200 words with 3–5 keywords
APA or IEEE citation style appropriate to your discipline
Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX format with source files
High-resolution figures and tables with appropriate captions
Proper grammar, spelling and clarity throughout the manuscript
ORCID identifiers for all authors (strongly recommended)
Cover letter detailing the significance and novelty of your work
